Careers at Sportschule Senshu

We're growing – and looking for people who love training, community, and quality.

About us

Since 2001, more than just a sports school

We founded Senshu in 2001 in Berlin Lichterfelde with a clear conviction: to teach martial arts, dance, and movement not as an isolated hobby but as a path to confidence, discipline, and community.

More than 25 years on, that vision has grown into a school for thousands of members – with a team that stays for years because here, more counts than just the job. Working at Senshu means shaping people. Every single day.

What we stand for

Our values in everyday work

What we project outwards we live inside the team too. Six principles shape our work – every day.

Community

We build relationships, not contracts. Members, team, and families belong together.

Values

Respect, discipline, and fairness are not slogans – they are the foundation of our teaching.

Diversity

Martial arts, dance, and health under one roof – for every age and every level.

Team spirit

We work hand in hand. Nobody stands in front of a class alone, nobody behind the counter alone.

Development

Everyone grows here – athletically, technically, personally. Continued training is a given.

Family atmosphere

Small enough to know each other. Big enough to make things happen.

Behind the scenes

A glimpse into our everyday life

Impressions from training, our rooms, and our classes – this is what Senshu looks like on the inside.
