What to expect
In the movement course children can balance, climb, jump, crawl and get past all kinds of obstacles.
The varied stations invite them to get to know their own body playfully and to try out new movements.
It is not about being faster or better than anyone else. Every child can tackle the tasks according to their abilities and at their own pace.
What does the movement course develop?
Regular training supports, among other things:
- Balance and coordination
- Gross and fine motor skills
- Strength, flexibility and core tension
- Spatial orientation
- A realistic sense of their own abilities
- Courage and trust in their own body
Changing tasks keep creating fresh impulses to move.
